At AetherLearnAI, operated by NexonAccess, we strive to provide high-quality digital learning experiences. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only granted under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Digital Goods – All Sales Final

All purchases made on our platform are for digital training content. Once delivered, these sales are considered final. Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with the course
  • Accidental or mistaken purchases

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

  • The course content was not delivered after purchase
  • You were charged more than once for the same product

Please allow 2–3 business days for evaluation once you've contacted support.
